Regional and S-Bahn (suburban train) is a 10-minute walk away. (9 min drive to Potsdamer Platz), bus in 3 min. Ent., shopping within walking distance (Lidl, Aldi, REWE, Rossmann, C&A, organic shop, weekly market).

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic vacation home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the swimming area. There is a boathouse with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghy (sailing skills required) can be rented. Tiny House / 3 min zum See

Der Bauwagen liegt gegenüber einer 100 Jahre alten Scheune die ich zu einem Atelier umgebaut habe. Der Bauwagen ist 17 m² groß mit Wohnküche, Doppelbett in einem Raum. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionsherd, Wasserkocher, einem kleinen Kühlschrank und einer Spüle (Wassercontainer) ausgestattet. Sie finden alles an Koch- und Essgeschirr, was Sie benötigen. Der Holzofen schafft im Bedarfsfall schnell behagliche Wärme. Die Gäste - Dusche & Toilette befinden sich in der Scheune.

The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
