Die Anbindung ist hervorragend: Straßenbahnlinie 306 direkt vor dem Haus (schnell in die City), A40 nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Tankstelle gleich nebenan, Supermärkte und das Hannibal EKZ sind fußläufig erreichbar. A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.
