The apartment is 60 square meters, newly renovated and brand new and furnished with love. However, some things like carpets and pictures are still missing at the moment. But it won't be long before the apartment is fully furnished. It is close to the university, and you can also get to the city center quickly.

Enjoy the view of the countryside and the central location, good public transport and street parking (please do not park in the courtyard). There are many shops and restaurants in the area that are within walking distance but also attractions. Enjoy life in this beautiful accommodation as a perfect starting point to explore the city. The tram is 80 m away, perfect for leaving the car parked to explore Magdeburg.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
