Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

For group above 14, there is a dormitory in the basement that can accomodate up to 4 peoples (4 twin beds or 2 kings) and a private bathroom. Rest and relax in this ancestral home that offers a peaceful environment, perfect as a remote office with reliable, unlimited Wi-Fi or a much needed retreat with plenty of family activities.

It's the perfect place to rest, recharge and enjoy the activities of the region. Unique works of art, created by local artists, are exhibited in the cottage. Close by is the Missisquoi Wildlife Refuge, Alburg Dunes State Park, ski resorts, Burlington for fine dining and nightlife, the famous Lake Champlain Islands, and Canada.
