From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Unser kleines Ferienhaus (50 qm2) haben wir 2022 grundlegend saniert. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Labenzer See, der keine 100 Meter unterhalb der Terrasse beginnt. Das Haus wird von uns auch privat genutzt. Wir haben eine gute DSL Verbindung mit modernem Router, perfekt für mobiles Arbeiten und Streamen.

Near Wismar, Baltic Sea, Poel Island, Schwerin, Rostock

This special accommodation is 70 square meters and is ideally suited for 2-3 people (including garden use). The surroundings invite you to go cycling and hiking. In 7 minutes you can reach the center of Wismar by car. In about 15 minutes, our island of Poel, which is worth seeing, can be reached by car. The coast of the island shows itself as a rough cliff or with beautiful wide sandy beaches. Restaurant/shopping 3 min. walk away ... :))

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Apartment No.2 Alte Schule Baumgarten

The 65 m² apartment is lovingly and comfortably furnished with stylish furniture, it is located in the attic. However, the fully equipped kitchen does not have a water & sewage connection, a dishwasher is available in the bathroom. You can reach your large bathroom to the FeWo2 via a small hallway, the hallway is also access for the guests of our other apartment. Please look at the floor plan in the photo gallery.
