The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

The garden villa @ Baltic Chalets East is located at the end of the village in the 2nd row of Warnkenhagen on a large green, beautiful plot with wide views into an enchanted landscape. The villa is on the ground floor, with 3 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and a very nice living-dining kitchen with patio doors to the north and south, the patio doors can be opened completely and give you the feeling of living in nature.
