The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, canoe, rowing boat, stand-up paddle, table tennis and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. From the jetty or boat you can fish or swim. To the Baltic Sea, to Schwerin as well as to Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

We offer you a holiday home with a total of 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms (1 each with shutters), 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (with shutters), 2 bathrooms, whirlpool, sauna, sandpit, terrace, roof terrace, e-charging station and a wheelchair-accessible ground floor on a fenced property. It is only 20 m to the swimming spot and just under 50 m to the in-house rowing boat. There are 4 parking spaces available on the driveway.

We completely renovated our small vacation home (50 sqm) in 2022. It offers a beautiful terrace with stunning views of Lake Labenz, which begins less than 100 meters below the terrace. The house is also privately used by us. We have a good DSL connection with a modern router, perfect for mobile working and streaming.

Here you can relax on a 1600 m², green overgrown end property. Relax or take an active vacation. Rosenow is beautifully secluded but centrally located to reach the cities of Wismar and Schwerin as well as Rostock.

A lovely cottage with a thatched roof. The former coachman's house is located on the grounds of the Niendorf estate. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view of the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. Free parking for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the remise. For additional people, guest rooms with bathroom/pantry can be booked.

Enjoy peace and relaxation in this wooden house on Lake Großer Wariner! Nestled in a beautiful garden, the house welcomes you. An open kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and the magnificent play and sleeping gallery are spread over the open and warmly designed two floors. The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. The 4 separate apartments - all with their own bathroom - leave enough space to retreat. At the same time, you can all cook, eat and chill in front of the fireplace in the large kitchen. There is a large sun terrace, a barbecue behind the house, a football pitch, a climbing frame and a sauna. The nearest swimming spot is a 10-minute walk, about 800 m away.

Enjoy a rural holiday with the whole family, friends or for a hen party in our holiday home "Große Bauerndiele". In the garden under the apple trees, you can relax or sit comfortably together, barbecue available! A sandbox or ping pong table is available for the kids. In summer, we recommend a canoe trip on the nearby Ratzeburg Lake or a shopping trip to Lübeck! Wedding celebrations are possible on the farm! The house has a full basement.
