The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Ski season is open! About 20 km away is the Wagner and World Heritage city of Bayreuth. Muckenreuth is located on the edge of the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Switzerland, as well as at the gateway to the Upper Palatinate and is ideal for hiking, biking, skiing and relaxing. A special neighborhood for self-catering in the Fichtelgebirge holiday region: in the romatic circus wagon from 1926 overlooking the Egertal. Quite in nature, with lots of wood, a cozy cuddle, an ideal retreat for one or two. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom comes with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away.
