The major Metro Detroit shopping areas are easily accessible: Oakland Mall: 10-15min Somerset Collection: 10-15min Twelve Oaks Mall: 25min Great Lakes Crossing Outlets: 30min The Alice House is also in close proximity to downtown Royal Oak and Ferndale with their restaurants, clubs and quaint shops.

You'll love that my place is right next to 696 and Van Dyke, a short drive to Downtown Detroit, Royal Oak, Ferndale, and Lake Saint Clair.

We never met our host but you can tell through messaging back and forth that he is a nice guy and super communicative, we had a problem earlier with the reservation and he was very understanding and adjusted that without any problem. As i said before, the house is clean, tidy, cozy and have all the amenities you need. If you are looking for a place in that area, don't hesitate to book that property and I'm sure that it worth every penny you pay.”

I do have another room for airbnb guest so the house will be shared. Quiet hours begin at midnight through 7 am on the weekdays. Noise travels easily through the walls so if you are a light sleeper ear plugs or white noise are recommended if you plan on sleeping outside of quiet hours.

It's only a 5 minutes drive from the house to the Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital, so it will be convenient for the ones who are having interviews or internships at the hospital. The self check-in process was pretty fast and easy, and you can expect all the supplies in your bedroom and bathroom.”
