Patchen Hill Farm House, Tree Farm & Arboretum is a wonderful old farm house on 120 acres with a barn, apple orchards, berry bushes, forests, trails, ponds & hardwood trees. The house has four bed rooms with additional sitting room, living room, dining room, laundry room, game room, kitchen with kitchen dinning nook. It's a wonderful old house with charm and vintage appeal. Rent the whole house. There is hiking, fishing, berry/apple picking, and more. Great for families & friends. Pet friendly.

The Titusville Mill

The Titusville Mill is a historic feed mill converted into a restaurant/event venue. Your space will be the beautiful second and third floors, often used for a bridal/groom suite for our seasonal weddings. This is a true gem in the community of Titusville. The OC&T, Drake's Well, The Iron Work Tapp-house, and the Ida Tarbell house are must-see local landmarks near us. Our full-service restaurant is open Tuesday - Thursday, 10 A- 8PMSaturday, 10 AM - 9PM and Sunday for brunch from 10AM-2PM.

Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!

Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. The Rustic Run Cabin located in Warren County, Pennsylvania, surrounded by Timberlands, State and National Forests. Rustic Run is a perfect cabin getaway for couples, families, and groups of friends searching for a relaxing vacation or ideal lodging close to many outdoor adventures! Open year-round. We welcome well behaved, mature and non-destructive dogs. Two dogs is our limit. There is an extra $50 pet fee per stay.
