Monthly Rentals in Washington Park, Denver

I highly recommend this place! Everything worked well, there was plenty of parking space in front of the house, wifi was fast. The park nearby is great for kids, there is a supermarket 10 minutes walking distance, and a coffee shop a block away. Super important to have a car to get around the area. The Washington Park neighborhood is beautiful, you will feel like a local staying there.

Great location half way between Pearl Street and Broadway with multiple things to do in the area.

Overall it was an amazing place to stay! Beautiful place and very comfortable. The only negative that comes to mind is the people who lived upstairs were a little loud. Honestly nothing we couldn’t handle just felt like living in an apartment again.

Olivia is such a wonderful soul! she was responsive, caring, thoughtful and I can not say enough positive things about her and her place! she offered personal touches and it was very appreciated! The Kiwi was spacious, comfortable and felt like home away from home. I loved the accommodations and the location. I will absolutely be back!
