Welcome to Nana's Lake House 2 bed, 2 Bath - w/ additional pull out couch and three twin size mattresses. Full wrap around porch that includes, hot tub w/ a view - PitBoss Smoker & Gas Grill. Plenty of lounge chairs to sit and hangout by the lake with a gas fire pit! Bottom deck by the lake to sit out and tan, enjoy dinner and some drinks. Covered dock, bring your own boat or Jet-ski. Two jet-ski slips are available as well. Feel free to bring your own kayak, paddle board, & fishing poles.

Our Watauga Lake front home is a perfect vacation getaway, located at the end of a point, the large deep water dock is ideal for year round boating and water sports. Conveniently located, we are within the quaint town of Butler and close to restaurants, small country stores and Cove Ridge Marina. Although Watauga Lake is our main attraction, we are near a number of waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain biking trails and the shopping areas surrounding the Tri-Cities and Boone, NC.

The property features a rare white sandy beach with gentle shoreline access, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the water. An open-air pavilion with a firepit overlooks the lake, creating an ideal spot for evening sunsets and quiet nights by the fire. Guests also have access to a boat dock and convenient boat ramp, making it easy to explore the lake or bring their own watercraft.
