Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Restaurant and supermarket nearby. Walkable to Edinburgh city centre but also a frequent city bus service on the doorstep.

Locates in a residential area with excellent public transportation, 15 mins bus/tram journey to Princes Street, 15 - 20 mins bus/tram from the airport, and popular Edinburgh Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium are both 10-15 minutes walk away. We also have free on street parking if you are driving, and a back garden for you to enjoy some sunshine. With 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, our house comfortably accommodates 4-5 people.

Lovely one bedroom ground floor flat in central location with quiet bedroom to rear. This flat is very accessible in terms of there being no stairs.
