Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Waterloo

Beth and her house are great. Our family has stayed here multiple times and enjoy our stay every time. It’s better in the summer, personally, because the kids can run around outside. It’s been a true blessing to our family.

Great place! Very cozy and the kitchen was well-stocked.

I would definitely stay here again if available. There were five adults and we had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The house was very nice and matched description perfectly. Very close to water park and amusement park so really a great place to stay in the summer. Neighborhood was very quiet and, had weather been more cooperative, would have been a nice place for walking.

We had an amazing stay at Carols and she is amazing to work with.

This was my first time visiting Iowa. The visit was on a sad occasion. Jamie's place was so beautiful and peaceful. So much so that my fiancee and are planning a happier occasion trip here solely because of Jamie's place. Great job don't change a thing.

We had an incredible weekend at the Carter House. The lot that this house sits on is incredible and allowed for a lot of outside time for my kids. It was a beautiful home with lots of history. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Water Place fit our needs perfectly! We were able to be together as a larger family under one roof for our family Christmas. The well stocked kitchen was a huge help, and we enjoyed the peaceful river views.

This rental allowed 2 families to stay comfortably while visiting. when we went together, it was cheaper than the 3 hotel rooms we would have had to pay for. the host was very responsive. the main shower is awesome

Great place to stay. Affordable and convenient

The condo is in a great location providing easy access to all local attractions. The condo itself is like new with appliances that are new making for enjoyable stay. Parking was convenient just steps away from the front door. It was very nice to stay in a place that we just like the description and pictures. We will certainly consider this property on future visits.

This is the second time my sister and I stayed at Kim's place. Each time it was for special family situations, and the apartment was absolutely perfect. Kim was so helpful, understanding, and flexible. Wonderful place and wonderful host.
