Very quiet, private coastal home on the beach.

Everything you are looking for in a weekend getaway or longer stay. Step through the gate to our pristine beach, have a walk and maybe a swim? Rinse off in the outdoor shower. Or for the more energetic, pack a picnic and ride the bikes on one of the many riding tracks. Also many places for a quiet read in one of the outdoor areas. Excellent location. A beautiful, calm, quiet space in my garden where the birds sing close to Mentone Bay and Parkdale beach. Long term let very welcome. Parkdale Railway Station on the Frankston line has been upgraded and is fully functional. With foliage it will be perfect! Even the lifts are now working. Super host title refers to any host who has hosted 10 visits per annum. Nothing to do with facilities, care, location or welcome. Simply how many times you have hosted through airbnb!

The apartment is situated on a private Lake. You have access to the beach and lake and can also go for a swim. Great Pub and many other restaurants and lots off takeaways in walking distance. (5 – 10 minutes) Many shops just around the corner. Bus-station 2 minutes. Closest Train station is around 20 minutes walking distance in Carrum. Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available.
