Monthly Rentals in Waverly

I wish I had more time to visit the farm and enjoy the cozy cabin. As it was, I enjoyed my night very much. The blueberry lemon pancakes in the morning were such a treat!

Place was perfect just as described and the pictures were accurate. Quiet country setting. Maybe two cars went by. Beds were comfortable and was nice to relax after a day of traveling the area. Would recommend if you need a place in Carrol county. Owner was accomidating with an early checkin and offered a later checkout. We will be back when in the area.

Coming back home for family business and Tessa’s place was a nice relaxing place to stay. Everything was amazing. Will stay again. Thanks Tessa!

Roger was the best host, very responsive and was able to accommodate us on everything that we needed. The house was very peaceful and comfortable. The outside cars were definitely an added bonus. Would highly recommend as the perfect place to stay!
