Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Wayne County

I absolutely loved my stay at the Suite Haus! First of all, the host made a last minute exception for me to stay one night when the booking is supposed to be a 3 night minimum. My plans changed last minute and needed another day in the city. The neighborhood is a typical Detroit neighborhood with a few renovations happening around the area. A couple vacant houses, which is pretty good for a Detroit block. That said, the property is super safe. It’s extremely well lit at night and has a bunch of different security systems and high tech cameras etc. The unit looks EXACTLY like the photos and everything is clearly brand new. They also don’t have radiator heat here which is GREAT and we felt super warm. The host was kind and super responsive. There were lots of little touches of all things Detroit and we loved the attention to detail. I’d definitely stay here again during my next visit.

Jerilynn had an awesome Airbnb. Parking, check in and check out were super straightforward. The Airbnb was clean, not cluttered and had additional bedding and bathroom essentials. Kitchen was well set up, and living room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and extremely clean. Location is great, quiet at night. Close to awesome bars, walkable to downtown and the river. Overall a great place, would highly recommend especially to those going to Detroit for the first time.

Corey is top notch. Great communication and friendly. Secure building in a place that puts most of downtown Detroit within a 10 minute walk. Everyone in the building was friendly and polite. Corey’s place is cozy, clean and tidy. If you’re looking for a place that has the charm of a 100 year old classic high-rise in a great location with an amazing view, this is a great choice. I would stay here again.

My friends and I came up for a concert and had a great time. I would most definitely recommend Jasons place if you are traveling to Detroit for an event. He met us at front door for check in and helped us carry our bags inside the house. Everything was very clean. Jason also responded very fast when I had a question. If you pick Jason's place you will have a wonderful time.

Definitely a cool vibe in this comfy, spacious loft. Simple and unpretentious, yet everything you need for a great stay. Perfectly situated to get where you're going in downtown in ten minutes or less! Plus awesome Corktown restaurants & pubs just blocks away. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Place was roomy, clean and close to downtown and the tunnel. Easy, free parking. Would recommend for anything near downtown, ford field or Comerica.

This has become a regular go spot for us. definitely a hidden Gem, thank you Chance!

Tyson was amazing from beginning to end. I was having a fancy dinner party and he set up an extra table and chairs to accommodate my party prior to my arrival which was very thoughtful. He was responsive, friendly and very well prepared. The home is stocked with everything and anything you could possibly need to have an amazing vacation. Including extras like coffee,water,wine etc that I have never been offered before in an air b&b. Kitchen has absolutely all the bells and whistles the chef really didn’t need to bring anything to prepare the meal. Will 100% be booking again next time I’m hosting friends in town. 😁

We are all fans of the Fun House. It lived up to its name and then some! I celebrated a milestone birthday with friends and family and this home was the PERFECT environment for the festivities. Saousan is an excellent hostess and wonderful advocate for fun. I will definitely be back!

Has exactly want you would want. Food and grocery store is nearby, and the rooms were comfortable and clean

Great home, we felt right at home. We loved the area. The neighbors were extremely friendly and near some beautiful parks. The host answered us very quickly and was great help when looking for things to do. I would definitely stay here again.

Marvinna’s house was perfect for our weekend stay. Everything was as described and the backyard was a really nice addition!
