You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is right next to the small Margrave castle Schreez.

Very nice cozy 1 room. Apartment In the heart of Bayreuth. On foot: 2 min. to the train station, 5 min to downtown The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom comes with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. Pure nature in the Fichtel Mountains

Our accommodation is absolutely quiet, in just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity, there are cross-country ski trails and the biathlon stadium with a roller ski track and ski lift, a toboggan run, MTB trails and hiking trails. The Fichtelsee can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Please request a child discount!

Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung
