Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Vacation home in the heart of Franconian Switzerland

We offer a nice vacation home in Franconian Switzerland. After our children moved out, we prepared the house, which is centrally located in a small town, for guests. Just a few meters away is a guest house (Wed + Thu closed) and a bakery in the neighboring village Thanks to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, you can also cater for yourself well. The key handover takes place in person, which is why it would be nice if you could let us know your approximate time of arrival.

Adjacent to the nature reserve is our romantic chalet, which invites you to spend relaxing days together as a couple. With magnificent views, you can look over the Pegnitztal and relax. Relax in the hot tub with waterfall, enjoy the warmth of the Swiss pine infrared chairs or simply feel comfortable on the covered terrace and listen to the rippling of the spring.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. Families with children are very welcome, there is a high chair available as well as various toys.

At the foot of the Walberla in Franconian Switzerland you will find our apartment. We are located in the triangle between Nuremberg, Bamberg and Bayreuth, each about 35 km away. Ideal starting point for excursions, hikes and bike tours with direct access to bike and hiking trails at your doorstep. The train station is 300 m away (hourly). An electric charging station is about 200 m away. Shopping is nearby. Bakery, butcher about 500 m.

There is also the possibility for climbing, archery, boat tours, motor and gliding.

It is located at the southern gateway to Franconian Switzerland in Thuisbrunn, only about 5 minutes by car from Gräfenberg. The local brewery Elch Bräu – Gasthof Seitz is just a few steps away. Thuisbrunn is located directly on the well-known Fünf-Seidla-Steig® – ideal for hiking, enjoying and discovering.
