Our charming apartment with horse views is located in the heart of our farm in our residential building, which is in an idyllic secluded location (with a neighboring farm next door) only 1.3 km from the north shore of Lake Großer Brombach (Allmansdorf). The spacious veranda (8 x 3 m, absolutely barrier-free), which invites you to enjoy the sunrise and from which you can admire the horses that run past here several times a day, is the highlight of this apartment... The apartment is completely barrier-free.

Fantastic 2-room holiday room with private bathroom and chic outdoor kitchen on the guest terrace. Close to Rothsee & Brombachsee in the middle of the Franconian Lake District. Incl. chic sauna lodge with relaxation room on the former horse paddock (for a fee). Perfect for 2–3 people in a charming old farmhouse, about 10 minutes from the A9 and 25 minutes from the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre. We also live here in this building, but we always strive to be discreet and respect each other's privacy ♥️

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a small child. In the living/sleeping area, there is a large double bed and a large sofa bed, and there is a single bed in the second room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with a shower. The terrace, which leads to the annex flat, invites you to relax and linger.
