Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

The chalet "Bergahorn" with its approx. 185 square meters of living space and large terrace (approx. 100 square meters) with mountain views is very spacious. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, a children's room with a loft bed (1.70 × 0.80) and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed. An outdoor parking space and an underground parking space with an electric charging station are provided. The large terrace offers a great view over the Allgäu Alpine meadows.

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure opportunities here:-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail. The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill, before drowning in the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and relocation to the residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved by the refurbished exposed beams. The house is located at 900m altitude, the climate is therefore somewhat rougher, in the summer yet very sunny. The location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer.

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.
