Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure activities here :-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course. In winter, a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail are prepared. Lakes, hiking trails (including the Way of St. James), great bike trails and various ski slopes are not too far away. Boredom doesn't come up!! Looking forward to seeing you soon!! 🌻

Luxury apartment Alpine Chalet Bergahorn

Das Chalet „Bergahorn“ mit seinen ca. 185 qm Wohnfläche und großer Terrasse (ca. 100 qm) mit Bergblick ist sehr großzügig konzipiert. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, einem Kinderzimmer mit einem Einzel-Hochbett (1,70 x 0,80) und einem Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch.. Ein Außenparkplatz und ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit E-Ladestation sind vorhanden. Über die große Terrasse hat man eine großartigen Blick über die Allgäuer Almwiesen.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our outdoor apartment with magnificent mountain views of the Allgäu Alps offers a relaxing atmosphere amidst green meadows. Highlight of the apartment is the spa area with sauna, freestanding bathtub and rainfall shower. From here, as from the bedroom, you can also reach the balcony directly. In the large kitchen-living room with dining area there is a pull-out sofa, and the hallway gives access to a separate toilet. The apartment is completely new, as is its equipment.
