Monthly Rentals in Welches Beach

What a wonderful place to stay! Couldn't ask for more! Liz's place is in an ideal location - grocery store is literally across the street, a fun restaurant 2 doors down and the best part is being beachfront to enjoy the sand and the turquoise waters 24/7! The kitchen was super clean, well stocked with all the necessities, and even little touches of providing coffee, tea, ice cubes made and a pitcher of delicious Barbados water awaiting in the fridge. The bed was comfy and the bedroom had ample space for luggage, with closet and dresser, desk and lots of electrical outlets - even phone charger outlets. It is on the main road, but the sounds of traffic can't be heard out on the deck, and it quiets down at night. Little Lex checked us in and out, and drove us to the airport. The cleaner Joyanne gave us a great refresh mid-week and we were fortunate enough to meet Liz - she was absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating! We will definitely be back!

Melissa was very responsive from the very beginning and throughout my stay (even when my family called her to ask about me since they were trying to reach me, she was very gracious and responsive to them). The space was incredibly clean and comfortable; perfect for a solo traveller like me. I felt right at home throughout my stay and truly appreciate Melissa's patience, kindness, and attention to detail. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lex’s place had it all. There is a beautiful beach right outside the back door, it’s walkable to a grocery store, several cafes and bars and the Friday fish fry. We also could grab busses right outside the house to get to Bridgetown for more beaches and restaurants. Walking around felt safe (well lit) but of course be aware of your surroundings and the cars wiz by so be aware of where the sidewalks are. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved how there were lots of towels and pillows! The only thing to prepare for is that the second bedroom gets traffic noise so maybe bring earplugs if you’re sleeping in that room.

We had an amazing stay at Lorys. The apartment was super clean, modern and stocked with all the essentials. Check-in was seamless and communication with Lory was fast and easy. The location is perfect, a short drive away from the airport, Oistin's Fish fry, the Gap and great beaches. We could not recommend Lory's place enough!
