Holiday rentals with lake access in Weld County

Denise is a wonderful host and had a nice unit in a great location. The area is quiet, the unit was clean and well stocked. This is the second time we have stayed here. We are in the area twice a year and when we come back next fall we hope to be able to reserve this unit again.

I had the pleasure of renting for a month to be near family. I loved the convenience of the location, safe area, and of course the accommodations. Windsor is a sweet small town close to many great CO locations especially Fort Collins☺️ I very much appreciate their quick responses when I needed to communicate or had questions. I definitely plan to stay again and it will probably be for a month again☺️

This is my second stay at this home. I stayed here 2 years ago to be near my daughter who had a baby and she just had her second baby so I came back! The house is clean and just the right size for one or two people. The instructions to enter the house were easy to follow and there were no problems. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. TV is new and easy to operate. WiFi was no problem. I walked to the downtown area several times as well as around Windsor Lake - which is beautiful! Would recommend a blanket for the bed. Overall a great place to stay!

This is a beautifully done home. Such a great place to relax with walking distance of downtown Windsor. BKMac was responsive and sent clear instructions for getting in checkout. Nice game room with an air hockey and foosball. Highly recommend this as your place to stay in Windsor.

The house was absolutely perfect for us for the weekend. It snowed the whole weekend so we did not get to enjoy many of the outdoor opportunities, but truly enjoyed the ping pong and foosball tables.

Brad was a fantastic host! The home was spotless and cozy, and he made check-in super easy. We really appreciated the local tips and quick responses. Would definitely stay again!

We chose Matthew’s spot partly due to the proximity to friends we were visiting, and as a convenient place from which to explore the wider area. The location was lovely and peaceful, with nice views of the lake. A nice quiet street, so you really felt much further away from things than you were, but with convenient access. Matthew was quick to respond to any queries. The house had convenient labels that made things easy to find, such as which kitchen cabinets held which items. Thanks Matthew!
