10/10 recommend staying here if in the area! Place was clean and the amenities were great! I had an amazing stay

We were at Joe’s place only one night, and even though we didn’t get to meet Joe, he communicated quickly to answer questions. And, we had few questions because he has all the information you need perfectly organized. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the neighborhood walking path with the Rocky Mountains in the distance. This is a great place to stay.

We were three couples visiting the University for parents weekend. This home had everything e we could have needed/wanted and more. Snacks and water were appreciated. Chargers were abundant for our use. We loved the options of pillows for each bedroom. Bathrooms were stocked with soaps and were immaculate. We traveled 10 minutes to campus to see our kids and invited them over for a taco dinner after the football game. It was a great way to spend quality time together! I recommend this home highly.

Great place and location. Easy to check in and communication and a welcome letter to the home. Would stay here again if in ft collins.

Rating: 5/5 I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was quiet yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and downtown Loveland. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space that made it feel like a true home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We loved our time in Loveland. The home exceeded our expectations, we would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to visit. I wish we could have experienced it in the summer, being so close to the lake, but winter was beautiful too.

Thus place us beautiful! Exceeded our expectations! We were there to attend our daughter’s wedding. Their guitarist cancelled the day of the ceremony! Our host Victoria found a wonderful guitarist THAT DAY! She definitely saved the day!!! This is the very best host we have ever had!

This is a fantastic spot! Linda was a fabulous host and the place was well-equipped, clean & quiet. The room was cozy, with a super comfortable bed and a cute little private porch. Immaculate private bathroom too. The condo complex has a pool, gym, and kids park, there are beautiful neighborhoods and trails around for walking. This Airbnb gets a 12/10. Thank you Linda!
