Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. You will see the ferry going up and down and there are ships and yachts sailing by you all day long. The picturesque village of Broekhuizen is rich in cozy restaurants with terraces on the Maas. You can cycle between the rose and asparagus fields, through forest and nature reserves on quiet roads and paths. The apartment is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families. Rest in the green oasis near the Maas

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.

Here is a small overview of the Irrland in Twisteden, Wunderland Kalkar, the Maasduinen and the Leukermeer with marina, the Roman city of Xanten with its north and south seas with many possibilities for leisure activities. A baby bed and 2 travel beds and a sofa bed are provided.

Great for relaxing, swimming, fishing, boating or just enjoying all the beautiful boats that pass by on the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms overlooking the Maas and has all the comforts. The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.

In the barn of our historic farm from 1489, you sleep in the Wolhalla: a tiny house lined with wool from the Drenthe heath sheep. The bright, open space also has a dining table, lounge sofa, infrared sauna, designer bathtub and cooking area – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Outside, you will find a fireplace with wood for slow cooking and a cold water bath for the ultimate cooling. A unique place where relaxation and inspiration come together.
