The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds. On the gallery, there is a living area with a sofa bed, which can be used as a separate sleeping area with a curtain. Fully equipped kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a double washbasin and a bathtub with a glass shower screen.

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.
