A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

Welcome to our Treehouse Suite! Centrally located in a country setting, but close to city amenities with peaceful views up in the trees. Our suite is above our oversized detached garage. Close to everything. CLE Airport, Baldwin Wallace, Oberlin College, Downtown Cleveland, Southpark Mall. Located near SR 71, SR 480, Ohio Turnpike, SR 83, SR 82, & SR 10. We have WiFi, Hulu Plus, and Disney channels, L-shaped desk for working, access to firepit upon request. Pets are welcome.

Uptown Liberty I is a beautiful and unique apartment unit located directly on Medina Square. (Castle Noel is right next door!) This unit features a kitchenette, a full bath and a queen size bed and if you're looking for a bigger apartment and your own garage parking, deck, patio, grill and big back yard we have two more apartments at Liberty Manor within a few minutes walking distance to the historical Uptown Medina Square just look up Liberty Manor ll & lll. it's a hidden Gem!

Intimate, modern, and well-lit, The Cottage is a charming 400 square feet. With a back yard surrounded by Eastern Redbud trees, it is a clean and private space only 3 blocks from the center of town. Guests can unwind in peace or head downtown for more excitement. A well-scrubbed floor, a snug bed, a hot shower, all manner of breakfast sundries and a full kitchen awaits your leisure. Charming condo close to the best Northeast Ohio has to offer! 40 minutes from Cedar Point and downtown Cleveland, and less than 10 miles from Oberlin College. Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet cleaned/paint replaced, however if you are sensitive please be advised. Hope to have you for your stay!
