What a great experience. The bungalow was cosy, clean and in a lovely setting. It was right on the doorstep of lovely walks for our dog and a short drive into town. The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable with a very helpful information packet of local places to eat/visit. There were even goodies left out to welcome us and our pup which was such a lovely surprise.

Lovely house for our stay, it had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Fantastic place for visiting the Lincolnshire coast and all the fun of Skegness for the children. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and our host was great, giving us clear instructions for our arrival and departure, and made sure we knew they were available if we needed them.

Firstly, I must say that the property was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings and equipment level in the kitchen and throughout were top notch. I would absolutely recommend this property to most but there are some things you might need to know: The property is dog friendly but does not have an enclosed garden, it's open to the lane which is used frequently by local dog walkers. It's easy for dogs to roam into the neighbouring properties' garden spaces - and for their dogs to roam into yours. That meant we were unable to enjoy the outdoor space as not all visiting dogs and owners were friendly to our dog. The property does not advertise itself as suitable for disabled travellers but I'd hoped with the downstairs facilities it would be ok for my father - he's wheelchair bound and unable to walk. The bed was too high for him to get up into and the shower was inacessible due to the position of the toilet and sink. If you have mobility issues, check first before booking.
