It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. Dieses im September 2025 fertiggestellte Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in Stralsund/Devin, unweit des Strelasunds. Ein kleiner Badestrand sowie der Kurpark mit Kurhaus(Restaurant) befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten weit entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe ermöglicht bequeme Ausflüge in die Altstadt von Stralsund. Südöstlich von Devin liegt das Naturschutzgebiet "Halbinsel Devin" und neu geschaffen wurde der Naherholungsraum Devin mit ca. 17km Wanderwegen.
