Direkt am Strelasund unweit des Zentrum von Stralsund liegt unsere schöne Ferienwohnung. In weniger als 5 min. sind Sie am Strelasund mit einem kleinen Badestrand. Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und bietet eine geräumige Unterkunft. Ein PKW- Stellplatz steht für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung. Auf der möbl. Außenterrasse kann man den Morgen oder den Abend genießen. Die historische Altstadt mit ihren wunderschönen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist nur ca. 1,5 km von der Unterkunft entfernt.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

Other attractive destinations such as Rügen, Usedom and Darss are suitable for day trips. A travel crib is available for a toddler up to about 3 years of age. An older child can sleep in the living room (sofa bed). Vacation with dog by prior arrangement. A key box is available for flexible check-in. I am also happy to welcome my guests in person.

The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

For rent is a holiday apartment near Stralsund, city limits 5 km away. The city centre is about 10 km away. In 15 minutes, you can be on the island of Rügen by car. The seaside resorts can be reached in about 40 minutes. You can also arrive by train (it is about a 5-minute walk to the station). The nearest discount grocery store is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel at home in two rooms renovated in 2016. There is an opportunity to make up the bed.

There is a beach with a small pier about 400 meters away.

Our apartment is 40 sqm large and separately laid out on the property. This is located in a popular residential area in Stralsund, from where the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, a bedroom, a children's room, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue. A car parking space is available. The storage of brought bicycles is possible.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

The bright, sunny and charming two-room apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a modern residential building in a small side street and is still very centrally located. The pedestrian zone is just around the corner. Harbour, museums, cinema, theater, restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
