Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this holiday home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The first floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one of them with bathroom ensuite, as well as 1 further bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby bed or a folding bed for larger children can be set up (€10/ extra bed/ night).
