The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.

The new apartment "Ankerplatz" is on the ground floor. It is located at the back of a well-kept new single-family house in Stein and is completely separate and self-sufficient. The resort town of Stein is right on the Kiel Fjord. The Baltic Sea beaches are within walking distance. A long and wide dike promenade in the immediate vicinity of the beach invites you to take long walks and bike tours in the surrounding recreational areas of Wendtorf and Laboe.

Several bathing beaches (2–3 km) can be reached quickly, and the water is about 150 m away. The flat offers 1.5 rooms, an internal bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath and shower.
