In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The apartment has 80 square meters and a terrace. There is a master bedroom with a large bed and fitted wardrobes. The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

The beautiful Brauhaus restaurant is just a 50 m walk away. The church of Werdum is located at the same distance, but in a different direction. The pet park and mini golf courses in the village are also within walking distance. The next largest towns such as Wittmund, Esens, Neuharlingersiel and Carolinensiel are about 14 km away.

In just about 3 minutes' walk, there is a bus stop with a direct connection to the lively, stormy coast, as well as to the city centre. You can also easily reach a supermarket (Netto) on foot. You can also be in the middle of the city centre in about 5 minutes by bike. The apartment is lovingly furnished and invites you to relax.

Modern apartment (house built in 2008, last renovated in 2019) with partly covered terrace, garden & barbecue in a quiet location directly behind the dyke. The beach in Harlesiel and the port of Carolinensiel are only about 10 minutes away by bike. Basic costs for spa cards are not necessary due to the location in the "Wangerland" region, but when visiting the beach, a spa card for the day is required, which is available at the beach.

A parking space and a small breakfast terrace are right by the house. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Attractions such as our brewery and our castle, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The North Sea coast is about 12 km. The location is perfect to explore Friesland /East Frisia/islands.
