Herzlich Willkommen an der Nordsee! Unser traumhaftes Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung und ist nur 7 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Meer entfernt. In nur ca. 3 Gehminuten befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung an die lebhaft stürmische Küste, sowie in die Innenstadt. Ebenso erreichst Du bequem zu Fuß einen Supermarkt (Netto). Du kannst auch in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad mitten in der Innenstadt sein. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lädt zum entspannen ein.

Idyllisch, ruhig und ländlich liegt unser Hof in herrlicher Alleinlage im schönen Friesland. Die Wohnung für 2 Personen befindet sich im OG des Hofgebäudes mit direktem Zugang zum Pferdestall. Ihr wohnt nicht nur auf dem Hof, sondern direkt im Herzstück des Geschehens. Genießt das authentische Landleben. Die Nordsee ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und ist über schöne Radwege zu erreichen. Hier lebt ihr auf dem Hof mit Pferden, Kühen, Hunden, Hühnern, Gänsen und uns 2 Menschen :)

Relax with the whole family in this quiet place. This beautiful and quiet holiday apartment in the climatic spa of Werdum is only 6 km from the North Sea. The beautiful Brauhaus restaurant is just a 50 m walk away. The church of Werdum is located at the same distance, but in a different direction. The pet park and mini golf courses in the village are also within walking distance. The next largest towns such as Wittmund, Esens, Neuharlingersiel and Carolinensiel are about 14 km away.

The apartment is on the 1st floor with its own access. For the layout, see floor plan. The house includes a large, quiet garden that can of course be shared. Parking is sufficient on the property (4 cars possible). Central location, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity. For the little ones, there are 2 high chairs and, if necessary, a children's travel cot can also be set up (please specify). (If a stair gate is to be installed, please also specify)

Welcome to our "Scandi" vacation rental, which can accommodate up to 4 people. The open living and dining area invites you to cook and eat together. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and much more. The apartment has a private parking space and a balcony. The apartment is on the ground floor and is accessible without steps. Within walking distance you can reach the harbor, shops and restaurants.

Swimming and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bicycle or car. Shopping and attractions are numerous. The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

Our fully managed farm in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea is an experience for young and old at any time of year. Situated directly between the dikes in the bird sanctuary, you can enjoy the special flair of our small Swedish village and bring your children a little closer to life on the farm. We are located in the immediate vicinity of Carolinensiel but still belong to Wangerland/ Friesland. You can explore the area ideally by bike.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

If you don't feel like cooking at the end of your day, I'd be happy to do it for you! I also want to make breakfast for you while you enjoy the morning sun and the chirping of the birds. There is a shower and toilet in the farmhouse 20 steps away for your own use.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).

The beach in Harlesiel and the harbor of Carolinensiel are only about 10 minutes away by bike. Due to the location in the "Wangerland" region, spa cards are not necessary.
