Holiday rentals with a hot tub in West Athens Regional Unit

I highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable, an well equipped house for a large family stay. Everything is very thought through, clean, and well maintained. Oksana was an excellent host, proactively communicating, sharing helpful links, giving recommendations for taxi drivers, and even arranging cleaners per our request. Amazing customer service! One thing to note is that the owner lives downstairs in the house. It did not bother us, but it is something to keep in mind as you will not be technically renting the entire house.

We feel blessed to have stayed at this Airbnb. Annita and her family showed us true Greek hospitality in so many ways. It was very touching for us. The views from the pool deck were amazing! The pool was a welcome relief after a day of sightseeing or just cooling off after the beach. Everything is so close! The best bakery and coffee shop, grocery store and pharmacy, wonderful restaurants, all within a few minutes of this fantastic home. We would not hesitate to stay with Annita again. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed for just one night, but it was an unforgettable experience! The apartment was beautifully designed with so many unique details that gave it a stylish and cozy vibe. The rooftop was spacious and perfect for relaxing it felt like our own private oasis in the city. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi it was clean, comfortable, and made the stay feel extra luxurious. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always available if we needed anything. We'll definitely be coming back the next time we're in Athens! --- Want it to sound more casual, romantic, or professional? I can tweak it.

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay at Lmproperty on aegina. The property looks exactly the same as the photos. It is a short walk from a lovely coffee spot and a local Supermarket. The hot tub was cleaned during our stay which we appreciated. We would definitely recommend to others 💘

Amazing place, have everything, and friendly

We had a very nice stay with our family. We were received kindly and hospitably, the house was large, very, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was a pity that a dog barked all night, at the neighbors.

Beautiful, cozy apartment adjunct to the main house. Communication was incredible. We had an extremely hard time finding the place, Mapia sent her partner to get us! We would definitely come back.

This was our first trip to Athens and thanks to Panayiotis we are for sure coming back! The villa is beautiful and perfectly clean, Panayiotis was happy to help with whatever we needed and made several wonderful suggestions. If you are looking to not just see Athens but to also have accommodations in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood with any amenities you may need, this is the place for you. Particularly thoughtful was when (before we came) I asked Panayiotis if he had a kettle to make tea with, although he didn't he bought one-just because I asked-how thoughtful is that! That was how the entire stay went-everything was easy and we felt more like guests in his lovely villa! Thank you Panayiotis!!

The villa was absolutely stunning and Kyriakos was an amazing host! He was very helpful, friendly and informative. The villa is exactly like the photos and the views are outstanding from every window! 10/10! Would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future!!

Definitely worth it for a group trip! Lots of beds and rooms, the host’s caretaker Fotis and his wife made great food for our group one night despite short notice for that request. Tennis court and rackets not wimbledon class exactly, but worked for the purpose of shooting some balls back and forth for casual fun. Hot water a bit tricky to get running, but otherwise everything worked out great. A bargain, especially for a group of ~10. The host Kostas was friendly, accommodated requests and answered promptly.

Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.

This place was great! Exactly what we were looking for... near enough to Athens to go into the city, but it's own peaceful place next to a park with beautiful views! The house was amazing! Lots of space. Very clean. All the little amenities. Fully stocked kitchen. And lots of fun things for the family to do together... hot tub, billiards, foosball, ping ping, board games, outdoor space. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at John's place! John and his family are truly exceptional hosts—pleasant, helpful, and so welcoming. John's local recommendations were spot-on. The house is lovely—beautifully decorated with charming features and character. It is bright, spacious, tidy, and clean, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is equally fantastic, offering convenient access to grocery shops, a pharmacy, and excellent local restaurants, all within easy reach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We a had a fabulous family holiday! Victor’s house was beautiful, clean and comfortable for all of us (6 adults). Victor met us at the home for check in to help with all questions, recommendations, and brought us some lovely welcome gifts. We relaxed in the spacious rooms the home offered and all the furnishings were fresh and comfortable and we had a wonderful time enjoying the sparkling pool together to cool off. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for a rental which was great for meals in and it was an easy walk to many restaurants on the water for magical sunsets. We were happy we rented a car to explore the coastline, beaches and be able to drive to the Grocery or Metro for time spent in Athens. As guests who have rented homes before we all agreed Victor was a 5 star host responding to any questions or needs whenever we messaged him. Above and beyond!! Thank you Victor for a beautiful home and lasting memories of Greece 🌅

Nikolaos's place is uniquely curated with local wall art and comfortable furniture! We were pleased with the amount of space we shared. Beds & baths were comfortable! The outer street door & patio entrance doors are heavy but have a unique locking mechanism that made us feel safe and secluded in our space. The patio even has a roll out wall awning to cover the table and chairs in case you want to stay dry from rain or away from the sun! The rooftop patio (with a semi-steep narrow staircase) was our favorite part where we spotted the Acropolis & local shops & cafes...all easy walking distance! Nikolaos was very accommodating & his home is near anything you could possibly want to visit! The airport transportation drops you at the back side of the home on the street by the local olive wood shop & you must walk up a few wides steps and around the corner to the front door-only a couple of minutes away! Best advice we could give is to pack light, avoid large suitcases! 100% perfect rental!
