On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, (single burner & bbq outside), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
