Holiday rentals with lake access in West Hants

My partner and I stayed with friends at Sara and Marietta’s Airbnb for the weekend. It was beautiful, clean and cozy! The home was more spacious in person than we expected. We cooked all weekend long, using the bbq and everything in the kitchen. The kitchen had all amenities you would wish for. In the evenings we used the hot tub, which was nice to wind down and relax. The property has the perfect layout for a larger group, while having a stunning view of the lake! We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this Airbnb!

A wonderful weekend getaway. Mandy’s place has everything one could need for a weekend or week stay. The wood fire place made the weekend so cozy. We loved the view. We stayed in the winter but being right on the lake would make for an amazing summer spot. The hot tub was great and well kept. Overall a 10/10 stay! Highly recommend.

Erin had proven to be an exceptional host. The experience was beyond a pleasure to the point that I have personally marked this property as a place that I would like to return, and I would most certainly recommend Erin as a valued host.

Four of us stayed at Kaycee’s Airbnb for three days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen and bathroom was stocked with everything that would be needed. There were also a good selection of board games and beach toys to use. The location was quite private so it was ideal for a staycation but there were also plenty of things to do with the beach being just walking distance away from the Airbnb. Overall would highly recommend the place for anybody looking to get outside of the city.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to visit the surrounding area such as the local Wineries, Lunenburg and Peggy’s Cove. At the end of the day, the log home was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sunset on the lake. We made great memories this week. Thank you for sharing this beautiful log home with us.

Great house second time going great owners

The place was prestine and very modern. The bedrooms are spacious and beds are more comfy than home. Everything about the place was perfect including the kitchen which was well stocked with cookware. I would stay at this place again without a doubt.

Tracy had sent me very detailed instructions on how to get to her place but unfortunately, being a solo traveller driving in the pitch black, I had to rely on Google map and it sent me on a different and very pothole-full road! I did get there eventually. The suite was very lovely. The bed was super comfortable and the quilt nice and warm. I love the rain shower head! Tracy was a wonderful host. She made me breakfast the first morning I was there, which was very thoughtful. She also left me some home baked goods before I left. And she gave me lots of information on where to go to check out the Bay of Fundy tides and wineries. I highly recommend staying at her place. And I would definitely stay there again the next time I’m in the area. PS: Her dog, Ogden, is very lovely and friendly.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The host was very responsive before and during our stay, to accommodate our requests and make sure we were comfortable. Also gave us recommendations on places to visit around the area. The house was clean and tidy and just what we needed for our getaway, and the hot tub was big plus! Highly recommend.

A group of 5 Mom’s just wanted a night away to relax and have some fun. This was a perfect location and place for us. Not too far away from the city. Was super clean and we LOVED the open concept. Beautiful and modern style. Everything we needed with amenities and more. We already have planned to book this spot again.

Rob’s lakeside cottage was beautiful! The cottage was well equipped and very clean. The outdoor space included a stunning stone patio, a fire pit and water equipment ( paddle board and floats) to enjoy the beautiful lake.

We had such a wonderful family gathering at the lake house. It is such a cozy cottage and guesthouse with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We've stayed at Airbnb's before, but this one supplied above and beyond our expectations. 13 of us were comfortably accommodated, with an extra mattress and blankets supplied for an additional bed for our youngest child. The kids had a blast with the lake right there and had such fun with the kayak and pedal-boat. There was even a little kids' table and chairs for them inside with colouring books and such thoughtfully supplied. Andrew was quick to respond to any questions and really made our stay an enjoyable one. If you want an absolutely beautiful peaceful place to stay with reasonable distance to some amazing sightseeing destinations, this is the place to choose!

Everything was wonderful at this cottage and guest house that accommodates 8 people! Despite the rain on the weekend we selected, we had a beautiful family getaway. Alex and family have a beautiful spot on a quiet lake. The cottage is open and fresh! They provide a fire pit with wood, games, toys, canoes, etc. but all we really needed was the space to gather and the gorgeous lake view and access. Alex provided excellent instructions and was very friendly and accommodating. We are truly grateful to have been able to enjoy such a lovely place!
