We are so happy that you are visiting our listing. We remodeled our basement to be rented out as a short and long term rental. Perfect for up to 4 guests. It is a beautiful, modern and clean basement apartment in West Valley City, UT. Everything is brand new. Memory foam mattresses, high end appliances, granite counter top, tile bathroom, new washer and dryer and more.. Separate apartment for full privacy. Minimalist retreat in SLC

Tiny home located in the heart of Salt Lake valley, 16 minutes to the airport, 3 minutes from Intermountain hospital, close to hiking trails, jordan river park trail, dining and major stores. The 200 sf tiny home is located behind the main house, it’s attached to it, and has double insulated wall. It has it’s own heating, washer/dryer, bathroom with a small Japanese soak tub, a sturdy sofa bed, and a small loft area. Great authentic and fairly priced restaurants in the area, please ask.

One Amazing Space

Enjoy one amazing space in a very comfortable and spacious basement with 9ft ceilings that will make you feel just like any other home. It's close to highways and freeways that will take you anywhere within 5 mins to 30 mins (restaurants, shopping malls, downtown, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, etc....). Friendly for kids with a playroom and an amazing 85-inch TV where you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies with family and friends.
