Family-friendly holiday rentals in West Wittering

We had a great stay here. George was very responsive and helped with local recommendations. He was there to meet us when we arrive and give us a quick overview of the property and hot tub instructions. The property is clean and has all you would need. The hot tub is great and the beach is only 5 mins away. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay had everything needed for a family to stay at and was very child friendly. The hosts were very accommodating with any asks requests would definitely recommend!

We ( 4 adults & 4 children) had a great 4 night stay at Kia Rosa. Everything was as expected if not better. Linda’s communication from start to finish was brilliant and she responded very quickly to any questions we had. There was all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and everything had been carefully thought about. The house was in a great location, about 10mins walk into ryde. The garden is lovely and the hot tub was definitely an added bonus. The kids loved spotting the red squirrels in the garden!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay inside Betty. It was extremely accurately described. We felt at home straight away by the facilities onboard. The view in the morning was fantastic, being woken up by cockerel was a lovely reminder of being in the countryside. The perfect break to wind down and relax. We were lucky with the weather mostly which made it even more magical. The lights around the outside at night was a lovely touch. The bathroom was delightful, with the underfloor heating working at all times. I’m sure we will back to see Betty. Would recommend to everyone.

Great location and Lulu and Russell were extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hot up was a great touch aswell.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Tracy’s lovely annexe! The annexe is gorgeous and well-appointed, all the little touches were subtly perfect (milk and Prosecco in the fridge, coffee machine ready to go with pods provided, ample cutlery and glassware, scented candles dotted around, lovely products in the bathroom, spotless towels and sheets, very comfortable bed… oh, and everything you need to get going with the log burner already provided). The grounds are lovely and welcoming (with some really friendly dogs living at the main house), and gorgeous fields stretch out in front of the house and hot tub, with forests and streams, connecting to local footpaths and bridleways. The hot tub was fabulous and we enjoyed it both the evenings we were there. We ate at the Half Moon (discovery menu) one evening on Tracy’s recommendation and had one of the best meals of our lives. It’s almost difficult to want to write such a positive review because I’d rather keep such a gem a secret! :)

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

An absolutely beautiful setting to escape from every day life and connect with nature. So peaceful and tranquil, we felt like we could have been anywhere in the world. And a wonderful reflexology treatment really topped off the stay too.

Idyllic location and garden. Really pretty cottage, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent host. Great base for exploring the Witterings and Chichester area. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

We absolutely loved Joanna's place and had a great weekend. It was extremely comfortable and in the perfect position to enjoy the beach and everything around us. Our dogs were also very happy and the garden was safe and secure for them with a bit of grass. The house is well laid out. The bedroom was comfortable and the linen first class. Joanna was helpful and welcoming and available at all times. Highly recommended!

A bijou, charming retreat with a lovely garden to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. We chose Elm Cottage due to its proximity to Goodwood Aerodrome where my husband was doing a Top Gun Experience. Perfectly located for his event. The Welcome Pack for us (and our pooch!) and fresh flowers were a nice touch. A lovely stay.

We have had a wonderful weekend stay at Anthony’s and the annexe was a perfect space for us and our small dog Milo who was able to roam and run in adjacent field, as soon as we stepped foot in door we felt like was at home away from home, with all necessity’s covered including a great shower and comfy bed We will certainly return if it’s available as can understand why this gem is usually booked up Many thanks again

The Bowery is a gem! The house itself has everything you need, cosy, spotlessly clean and we loved the very welcoming touches with the delicious homemade preserves and prosecco. We had our 15 month old with us and the toys and baby equipment really made our stay so easy with him. The garden is a haven - we were fortunate to have amazing weather and made the most of sitting out (our little boy had a dream ready made playground!) listening to the church bells and saying hello to the cats. Lots of nearby walks directly from the house and a handy waitrose and small tesco too. The Bowery is a great base to further explore the beautiful south downs. Thank you!

Beautifully furnished apartment in a large house brimming with historic character. Kitchen was well stocked with bread, milk and other essentials. We felt very welcome and very comfortable - and it’s ideally positioned for the beaches, Arundel and other historic towns nearby. We loved our visit.

It was our third stay in this house. The house is always spotless and has everything you could need and more. The hosts are easy to contact and very helpful. The house’s swimming pool is a great perk, with garden furniture and ambiance lights to relax in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place. There is also a beautiful beach within 5 minutes drive and a friendly pub / restaurant within a minute walk. Absolutely perfect.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

If you are looking for a home from home or an upgrade from home, this is the place to stay. Arrived from Melbourne and immediately settled into the joy of living in the countryside. Although too cold to enjoy the pool, we did use the tennis court and shot some hoops. We walked to Old Thorns Golf and Country Club and can recommend Katie's Coffee bar. It's an easy walk amongst stunning scenery. We walked back via the Foley Estate from the Deers Hut pub. Liphook is so lucky to have not one but two stunningly beautiful golf courses. If their is a heaven on earth, we must have stayed in its guest house!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Old Stables. The cottage was immaculately clean and well presented with a welcoming vase of fresh flowers on the kitchen table and some milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The pool was amazing, so relaxing, our daughter loved it. Lots of local walks from our doorstep that our dog loved with a very friendly cafe/ shop in the next village. The online guide with a map and list of different places to eat and visit was very useful and having it on my phone meant it was easy to refer to.

Fantastic place - beautifully appointed and thoughtful hospitality from Martin and Ana. Full kitchen, options for indoor or outdoor dining including outdoor heating which was lovely for leisurely evening meals. The bathroom is downstairs, which might not work for everyone but wasn’t a concern for us, and actually works really well when you’re in and out of the pool all afternoon! We will be recommending to others :)

Really convenient location, we walked to the beach and swam in the sea several times and ate out locally. Lidl and a little Tesco very nearby for buying groceries. If you want seaside 2p machines, avoid the amusements next to the Beachlands car park and go to the ones inside Funland. The pools at the park were great; indoor heated was a little deep for smaller kids to stand in, but they particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor one and there was also an unheated paddling pool and lots of seating. Caravan was great although the door was a little sticky and the oven dial indicators required a bit of guesswork - kitchen much better equipped than many we have stayed in. It is in a great location on the park as it’s right near the entrance and main hub. The kids appreciated the PlayStation after time outside and Jonathan was really quick to respond to all queries. We’d happily stay again if returning to the area.

We stayed here as a family for a special birthday treat. The pool was fantastic and clean, and kids loved it! House was warm and inviting. Beds were comfortable with excellent pillows! The house is a bit tired in places but doesn't affect a short stay. None of the tv's work, no signal at all so seemed strange to have 4. This was the first air bnb we have stayed in where there wasnt a few tea bags to start us off, and the first time we didnt bring any - as you can tell, only small issues. Overall, a fabulous stay - would recommend!
