West Wittering Village - short walk to beach.

A bright, relaxed family home in West Wittering village, a short walk from the famous sandy beach and the village pub. Suits an extended family group or 2 small families sharing. The amazing living space includes a large modern kitchen/family room, separate TV room and a large playroom with table tennis, pool table and lots of toys. A large garden surrounds the house and includes a shady eating area, a lovely south-facing sun deck, an hot shower, a fire pit and a play area with zip wire/ slide.

Located in Shipton Green, Itchenor, The Willows is surrounded by large gardens with tennis court and heated swimming pool. Close to W. Wittering Beach and Itchenor Harbour, and with easy access to local walks, bike rides and waterside pubs. Near Chichester and Goodwood. 'WOW. The house is absolutely fantastic, we couldn't have asked for a better setting to celebrate Christmas. If you are looking for a spacious, beautiful property then this is a must book house. The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.
