Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision.

Charming Studio, Self Check In, Free Parking

'The Snug' is a fully licensed, private apartment attached to our Bungalow with its own entrance & is ideal for couples. There are stairs to access the property. We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

Our place is the perfect space to relax with the whole family. Situated in a peaceful Edinburgh neighbourhood 15 minutes from Edinburgh airport. Sleep 4 + can add an airbed for children We’re between Heriot Watt and Edinburgh Uni, 15 minute to the city centre and 20 minutes to the new Lost Shore Surf Centre where there is family fun and entertainment for everyone. Free parking on site and a lovely garden with comfortable patio furniture to relax in the evenings after a busy day sightseeing.
