In the courtyard of the farm, a granny cottage with amenities. From the cottage terrace, you can watch the horses and hear the donkeys greetings. In the summer, you can see the horse pastures from the clearing. The terrace has a new gas grill and furniture. There are also cats, dogs, sheep and a mini pig on the farm. You can get to know the animals with the help of the farm's staff. Near the cottage, there is a pond, not suitable for swimming (hummus water), a small yacht and a canoe available for guests. The pond is visible from the cottage's terrace. You can walk to the pond and see the scenery.

A cozy cottage built in 2019, which comfortably accommodates 6 people enjoying the beautiful lake scenery. One bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), the other has 2 double beds (140 cm) as a bunk bed. The cottage has a shower and a water toilet. The beach terrace has a small canopy, a gas grill and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, there is a bathtub and a terrace, where the evening sun shines beautifully. The beach is shallow and also suitable for children. The plot is quiet and protected by trees from neighbors. No pets.

Holiday apartment Päijänne beach

You can enjoy the sounds of nature while staying on the large terraces of this unique home on the beach, where the sun shines all day from morning to night. The holiday apartment is located on the shore of a clear and drinkable clean Päijänne. You'll have access to all the amenities of summer cottages, ranging from air conditioning to sauna, and for an additional fee of 50€ per time, a large wood-burning lot on the beach. You can enjoy swimming, fishing, or otherwise just staying on the lake with a rowing boat, a canoe is also available.

The villa has modern comforts: drinking water, A/C, dishwasher and washing machine, sauna and hot tub with lakewater with lake views. Many Finnish design brands (Marimekko, Iittala, Fiskars, Balmuir) can be found in textiles and in kitchen. You can use a canoe, SUP boards and a rowing boat with an electric motor. Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
