The beautiful and cozy apartment has a stunning location in Hämeenpuisto, opposite the Työväenteatteri. Just a stone's throw away from Laukontori and the city center. The apartment has been freshly renovated and the 6th floor has a lush view of Hämeenpuisto. When closed, the windows keep the street sounds away. There is a small elevator in the house. The apartment has a motorized double bed and sofa bed (approx. 120 cm), a large TV, internet, blackout curtains, a fan and a cooling device. Bright, well-equipped kitchen.

Bright new two-room apartment with good taste, right next to Puuvilla shopping center. The location of the apartment is very central but still without traffic noise. Approximately 1 km to the city center, 900 m to Kirjurinluoto. The apartment has all the necessary appliances and a drying washing machine. Double bed and double sofa bed. If necessary, an extra bed for one person is also available. The apartment has a 55-inch TV, radio and Wifi/fiber optics. Cozy patio with garden furniture and a parking space in the yard.
