Now in the garden renovation sale: A forest cabin for work and relaxation Your morning begins with coffee brewed over spring water, during the day you prepare incredible dishes on the terrace barbecue, in the evenings you enjoy a candlelit sauna in our exotic sauna, and after dark you realise that the stars above the cottage are almost within reach. Until 31 May, there will be an excavator, a container, and a new wastewater system in the yard —> toilet into a pit in the ground, a sump in the back garden, and a new sauna cabin in the container. The income from the cottage will go towards our child's nest egg for the future.

A very high-quality log villa for a quality holiday on the shores of Lake Näsijärvi. The property was completed in 2022 on a magnificent peninsula, surrounded by nature. A huge living room with stunning views from over six meters of room height. The living room has an atmospheric contura fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped and the terrace also has a gas grill. You can also fry sausages at the atmospheric campfire. The terrace has a Drop outdoor hot tub always available and an atmospheric beach sauna right on the beach.

Visit the national park or cozy up on the lake and stay in an elegant vacation home in Kivijärvi, close to nature and transportation! After the sauna, you can enjoy the great scenery on the glazed porch and grill in the backyard's fire pit in an idyllic atmosphere. The open field landscape brings a sense of peace to everyday life, and a dip in the cool water pool after a sauna is a delight in hot weather. Ask the host about using the boat. Linen and towels are not included, but we rent a set for ten.

Nice, spacious and bright apartment with sea view in the unique Uniluoto! Perfect for a summer vacation, with lovely little beaches and Kallon saari next door. Yyteri's 4 km nature trail, a kilometer away from the golf club with a lunch restaurant, a nostalgic old harbor, a sailing club and a surf school 0.5 km away. Also great for a ski vacation. We had the pleasure of decorating our apartment; warm colors, nice little details and everything necessary for living, cooking and baking.

Good transport links either by car or train. Tampere Airport is about 15 minutes away. To Helsinki and Helsinki Airport it takes app. 2 hours. A separate fee for the use of hot pool. Possibility also for served meals. There are three reservable/free-to-use tennis courts within walking distance.

The main cottage has a small kitchen and bedroom (140cm bed), sauna and dressing room. The large covered terrace is a great place to dine and enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. The courtyard also has a 160 cm double bed. Composting toilet. Nice sandy beach for swimming. A rowboat and 2 paddleboards are available.

Stylish Villa Mono with jaguzzi and E-car charge

Unique vacation villa near Himos slopes with a view of the northern slope. 5 minutes by car to the slope. Well-maintained winter trails pass by the villa, with multiple pairs of snowshoes free to use. Outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) can be rented for 160€/stay. Note: If you want bed linens and towels, they can be rented separately for 20 euros per person. This is a common practice for holiday cottages in Finland.

Semi-detached house on a narrow peninsula

Half of a semi-detached cottage in Äijälä, Laukaa, about 40 km from Jyväskylä. Lake on both sides of the cottage. Private sandy beach to the southwest/west. In summer, a boat and paddle board are available. The glazed terrace is a nice place to spend time and admire the beautiful lake landscape. There is a fireplace near the beach and a gas grill on the terrace. Outdoor plug for electric or hybrid car.

We offer a quality Scandinavian style apartment for up to four people. The apartment is part of a large farm house and has a private entrance and parking, air conditioning, two double-beds, full kitchen, workspace, fast wifi, outdoor patio with grill etc. Main attractions of the region - Tampere, Ellivuori, Ritajärvi nature park, Lakeside Golf and Sastamala - are all easily reachable from our farm.
