The flat is 42 square metres in size and includes a sleeping loft. There is a double bed in the loft and two 80-cm-wide beds downstairs. The fifth bed is an air mattress. This two-storey apartment offers great conditions for a holiday and a business trip. You can get to the center of the city, but above the noise and the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to by train, only a few hundred metres from the train station. You can park your car in a sheltered courtyard for an additional fee of €20/day. Charging option, eParking, 11 kW. Sauna and spacious terrace, air heat pump to cool down in the heat. Nice neighbors, quiet after 10pm. We welcome guests personally.
