The host was very nice, the location of the house was very convenient, and the pool underneath the hottest apartment in the city center worked well. The security is also very strict and safe!

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just 2 minutes away from the beach. Shazmin was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The little touches, like [mention anything special—welcome snacks, local recommendations, extra toiletries], made my stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colombo

Great host and amazing hospitality. Apartment building is of the highest quality in Sri Lanka. Really modern and well built. Great swimming pools, gym and games room. Really worth the money to have these amenities. Apartment itself has big, comfortable beds with nice linen. Lovely big sofa and big dining area. Bedrooms could with some more bedside tables, as there was only two in the whole house (to three beds). Air conditioning worked brilliantly, albeit the one in the main bedroom a bit noisy. Would be very happy to come back - worth every penny.

I have just spent 2 weeks here and it was amazing. To start with each room had AC and a fan !! The bedrooms were perfect with a chest of draw in each. 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The kitchen was stocked with - utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, cutlery, cups. There was a microwave (although we didn’t use it), a hob, and a washing machine. 2 balcony’s, one of them worked really well as a place to dry our clothes (drying rack and pegs provided). There was also washing powder for our clothes as well which was really thoughtful. The pool and gym were also great to have access too as well. During the morning a lot of the pool area is in the shade but at around 12/1pm it’s the perfect location for a sunbathe. During our stay we had communications with the owner Nath, who answered any questions we had and also gave us great recommendations on what to do and see in Sri Lanka. If I’m ever back in Sri Lanka I would definitely stay here again !!

Grateful to have this stay at Havelock City - close to so many helpful shops and food court, amenities, etc., for our final days in the country. The place was a generous size, well maintained, great common spaces and bedrooms, very secure and wonderful location. Highly recommend for a family or small group! Thanks for hosting us!

very clean and well-equipped apartment... upstairs of a family living below very nice and discreet and present if needed... a unique air conditioning in the room which is paid for and is not reported as such. very close to the big traffic of the city and the sea, but far enough away to sleep properly!!

First off, this is not in the City Center building, its located in On 320 Union, which is a very large condo complex consisting of 3 towers. The condo is brand new, on the same level as the large pool and well appointed Gym. Extremely safe due to very high security and biometrics based access control. The unit had all the listed appliances and amenities. The living room was a bit small but for 4 adults this should be more than enough space. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. Very good showers with good pressure and very hot water. Suraj was a very good host, great communication and very friendly and flexible.

Great place to stay. New, spacious 3 story, 4 bedroom house, nicely furnished with all the amenities for meals and cooking if desired. Bathrooms spotless with ample hot water. All bed rooms are air-conditioned, high speed internet in all areas and TV with a long list of channels on the middle floor living area. Washing machine also available. Udara's father was at the house to hand over the keys and check in was a breeze. Check out was also handled easily and efficiently. There is ample space for a large family group to stay with multiple common areas to hangout. Udara's place is walking distance to Monarch Imperial Hotel, Bakery at the Lake and an extensive collection of street food stalls. Several supermarkets are also within walking distance. Neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Overall we had an excellent experience staying at Udara's place and I would recommend it without reservations.

Wonderful host. Always in touch. Always going to meet. Checked in earlier, allowed to check out later. All wishes and questions were answered with help. Responded clearly to the inconvenience. The house is big and probably one of the best in the area. It's a pity there was no pool. We enjoyed everything.

It's a great place to stay. Very clean ans tidy. Felt right at home. Sumal was a great host. He was very friendly and professional. Always available to communicate at anytime of the day. Very clear instructions on everything and very thoughtful of every little detail. Never felt any uneasiness at Sumal's place. Would definitely come again! 😊 ❤️

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

Irushi and Kumar are fantastic hosts. Their place is cozy, and I felt at home from the moment I arrived. Both are excellent communicators and very responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend their place to anyone.

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

Had such a great stay at this place! Mainly thanks to our host Dinusha! She was very helpful and always in contact to make sure everything was ok. The place was spacious and she was very understanding with last minute requests which was highly appreciated. I’d recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be coming back ! Himali and Wasanthas place on 20th floor of a residential complex was super comfortable. It’s easy to get around by Tuktuk. We stayed there for 2 weeks for some remote work and city life. The hosts were always responsive and quick in finding solutions to minor issues we raised. There is a minimart downstairs, a laundry, and pool in on the 7th floor good for lap swims (20-25 meters we believe). If you want to explore the city from a quiet and homey base, we can highly recommend the property and the hosts.
