Walks to the nearby river are a natural fit and an ideal starting point for bike tours. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

The "Hühnerstall" is a small guest house in a spacious garden with many old trees and offers space for couples, but also four adults or a family. Everywhere in the garden there are shady places for the adults to linger and overgrown secret corners and play opportunities for the little ones. A swivel grill with a fire pit invites you to evening campfires on the terrace. The adjacent house is currently empty, so you have the garden all to yourselves.

My place is close to Bremen, Bremerhaven, Brake. Discounted VBN taxis can be ordered at fixed times. Downtown Bremen is about 30 minutes by car. Bremen Airport is about 40 minutes by car. Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

Vacation on the Weserdeich in Bremen

Our beautiful apartment is located just behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the Werderland nature reserve. From all windows you have a beautiful view of the countryside or on the dike and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (about 8000m2). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is carefully renovated by us with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.
