Hier haben wir uns das Ziel gesetzt die typischen Merkmale eines Bauernhauses, wie die kleinen Sprossenfenster und Deckenbalken, bestmöglichst in das Gesamtbild zu integrieren. The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

This gorgeous, fully equipped non-smoking apartment (84 sqm / fully renovated 2012) is easily located in the basement feeling (completely with daylight) in a listed villa (built 1910) in the Ziegelhofviertel. It offers plenty of space for 2 people (plus sofa bed in the living room + a comfortable extra bed for one person each = 4 persons). Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 2nd floor at Gut Winkel, the oldest still existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high quality and lovingly furnished and can accommodate 2 people on approx. 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyllic place. The farm has a very special soul to discover.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

The apartment is located in Leuchtenburg near the Bremen-Lesum train station. The drive to Bremen city centre takes about 15 minutes by car. There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.
