Electric bicycles are available for rent at the house. There are cycling routes through the dunes towards the corner of Holland and Scheveningen. All the bedrooms have spacious luxury beds and smart TVs. There is a free parking space in front of the door. The house has a lovely lounge/dining area in the garden with a barbecue.

Luxury home (180 m2) by the sea and on the edge of the forest

Our house is built in 2020 and is energy neutral. The heat pump provides pleasant warmth in winter and cools the house on hot days. Our backyard is adjacent to a ditch and forest, guaranteeing an instant vacation feeling! The beach is close by (less than 3 km) as well as the nature reserves Madesteijn and Ockenburgh. Beautiful and quiet surroundings for hiking and cycling. Historic cities such as Delft, Rotterdam, Leiden and Amsterdam are nearby (between 20-55 minutes drive).

Cocoon

Take a dive under nature in in the first bunker of Cocondo! In Hoek van Holland an old German telephone bunker has been transformed in to a holiday home for two adults and two children. You will be staying in the nature reserve and national monument ‘Vinetaduin’. Beneath these dunes lie about 70 bunkers that originate from four layers of military history of the 20th century. The telephone bunker lies in the northern part, near the villa district and entrance to the beach.

By car, bicycle or public transport, you can visit the many attractions in the region, for example: Delft (center): bike - 30 minutes, car - 20 minutes. The Hague (city center) bike - 33 minutes, car - 22 minutes. Beach: bike - 20 minutes, car - 13 minutes. Rotterdam: car - 28 minutes.
