Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

The flat is listed for two people, but the sofa in the living room can be pulled out so that one or two children can travel with you without any problems! The small and modern apartment is located in the central location of Leer (East Frisia) and is therefore ideal if you want to explore the city on foot. The apartment is an in-law in our own house, but delimited and with its own entrance. It is located on the ground floor of the house.

The light-flooded apartment "Hafensuite" offers 70 m² of spacious space for 2 people or a family of 4 (bedroom + high-quality sofa bed in the living room). In order not to affect the spacious layout, the bedroom is only separated from the living room by a half-height wall. A small balcony offers a beautiful view of the marina and the Emsdeich.
